STEP 1:    UNDERSTANDING
During a private and confidential Consultation, I will seek to understand your current lifestyle situation and your fitness goals. This Consultation is complimentary and helps structure a solid foundation upon which I can build a safe and effective fitness strategy.

STEP 2:    PLAN PREPARATION 
If I feel you are a candidate for Personal Training, I will develop a personalized Fitness Routine that will help you achieve your short-term and long-term goals. Each program is tailored specifically to your unique situation. An individualized approach depends upon your current levels, strengths & abilities, experience, availability, family and work schedule.  This personalized planning provides you with the help to deliver solutions for your specific goals.

STEP 3:    IMPLENTATION
I will handle all the details associated with the implementation of your fitness goals.  Detailed answers of your Current-Level-of-Fitness-Questionnaire, a Body Composition Analysis, a brief Fitness Conditioning Test, a Nutrition Analysis and setting up your Fitness Plan. Helping you understand why each step is being taken. This custom designed process allows for individualized attention that goes above and beyond your basic needs.
 
STEP 4:    REVIEW & RE-ASSESSMENT
Weekly or monthly review of your Fitness Plan and your Goals are important to insuring that your goals remain appropriate and realistic. As you get closer to achieving your goals, new goals become apparent. I will monitor your progress and will make recommendations and adjustments as needed.
