"I am happy with the quick results... losing 12 inches in the first 3 weeks was so exciting for me. I'm also happy with how much more energy I have! My first mini goal was to fit into a certain pair of jeans for my trip to Vegas! This goal was more than accomplished... not only did I fit into the jeans I wanted to but had to go buy a smaller pair. Size 27 which I was thrilled about:) I am starting to notice a difference in alot of my clothes. Especially in the waist of my pants. A lot of my tops are hanging differently too. My favorites are my lululemon hoodies (so comfy) which are getting too big for me. This is bitter sweet!

I think the studio is fantastic. It is comfortable, inviting and friendly... absolutely no complaints! I am really enjoying my exercises at the studio. The variety is great and I am working muscles I didn't even know I had :) I do play baseball and golf. I have noticed a difference in my arm and back strength especially when batting and throwing in baseball. Personal training is worth every penny. I was looking for that extra push to get me over my fitness hurdles and that is exactly what I am getting. I have learnt to make more time for myself. "I came to True Health Fitness after reading the Qualifications, and the location. Tanya and her team treated me/us like humans and not just looking at us just to collect money. My experience has been wonderful. When I first started, I thought it was going to be one of these plans were you have to follow to a T. And if you look at something you shouldn't- the plan wouldn’t work. I have learned that you can fall outside from the plan -being selective, and it won’t affect any of the plan as long as you do things sensibly. Before I began , I started with very high blood pressure - and taking blood pressure pills. I am completely off the medication and the only type I take is something for pain IF needed. It was hard when I first started working out but once I got going if I found it to easy. I just had to mention things are to light or heavy - and the trainers adjusted accordingly.

My clothes are fitting great and others have noticed. I have had 5 knee scopes on my left knee. Since losing weight and exercising - there has been only slight twinges from my knee which is great. I'm very impressed with the Studio, clean and comfy. Tanya is very knowledgeable and professional. She had answers for any type of questions asked. I have been in a several gyms and I give you a score of 10 out of 10."

Yes, I’m a 'superficial' 22 year old girl. I thought going to see Tanya would solve all my appearance issues. Getting skinny and toned up. Although I started off a size two, I had a distorted sense of my appearance. I have had plastic surgery done to improve my looks and self esteem. I realized these changes were temporary. Then Tanya taught me that genetics only counts for about 10% of who I am (the color of my skin, hair and eyes.. my height... my habits). Just because I was raised in a sedentary home doesn't mean I am doomed to heart disease and diabetes like most relatives in my family. Tanya taught me to be proactive and quit making excuses. I had two options. To lose the weight. Or to take insulin for the rest of my life. That woke me up, I got serious about getting healthy and staying fit. The first 2 months were hard because I was a terrible eater who lived on pastry, pizza and candy. I almost gave up. But as Tanya slowly taught me baby steps, and once I saw the results, I was hooked. She helped me lose all my weight, and then some. My doctor was ecstatic and didn't even recognize me. He told me to keep doing whatever I was doing because it was obvious it was working. I am so active and healthy nowadays that I am going to college to become a dietician so that I can help others! I am grateful that Tanya saw my potential. We had faith that I could do it. Due to my life changing results, it's obvious she has a gift of helping others become healthy, strong and feeling great! She now trains my best friend, my husband, my dad, and my manager at work. I was put onto her waiting list and let me tell you, she was definitely well worth the wait!
